We are not your landlord, we are your Managing Agent. It’s our job to listen to your needs and, when possible, to address those needs. This is a important covenant but we recognize that sometimes getting heard is difficult and sometimes frustrating. We would love to talk about managing your property
Managing a property is really about building a strong working relationship: understanding of where you have been and where you want us to take you. Generally, we start with an initial consultation followed by a tour of your property and meeting with your Board. Learning about your needs and experiences allows us to put together a package of services that will help us be successful. Getting to know you, also allows us to begin to establish the type of personal relationship that is essential to our shared future.
Changing Agents seems scary — it doesn’t have to be
While getting to know you, your property and your needs/goals, we will share with you specific stories about how, over the last thirty years, we have improved similar properties and handled the type of challenges that you and your neighbors face. We will also give you the names and contact information for other Co-op/Condo Board members and property owners who we work with (each property — not just some!), so you can check our references. You also may wish to visit our office, meet the rest of our staff and even tour some of our other buildings.
