Richland Management provides a “hands on” approach to management services that is tailor made to fit the needs of our properties and their residents.
Richland is a Great Neck-based family-owned and operated firm specializing in managing small to mid-sized Co-ops and Condos. We manage Co-ops and Condos ranging in size from 19 to 216 units – the majority of which are in Great Neck.
We are known for our “hands on” approach to management. For over twenty years Richland Management’s founder directly supervised the building staff, oversaw all repair and maintenance work and coordinated the work of our contractors – and now we have maintained the ethos that he installed in Richland. We are known for working alongside the Supers and contractors. We are not afraid to get our hands dirty. We often are reminded that: you can’t fix a leak from the office or over the phone.
Our services are tailor-made to meet our clients needs – we don’t take a “cookie cutter” approach to management. All our properties (and many of our residents) have come to rely on the personalized attention they receive from our knowledgeable, professional staff.
